I've spent about twenty years in residential construction: estimating, selling, managing crews, and delivering remodels. Today I run Crafted Kitchens in Houston, and owning a real company means living with every consequence of how a business operates.
That is the seat I advise from. The systems I install are the ones running my own company, not theory from someone who has never met payroll. I'm a husband and dad first, which is honestly why the systems exist: a business that runs well buys back the good hours at home.
