Builder Operations Room membership (monthly subscription)
Cancel any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and access continues until then. Past months are not refunded. A failed renewal payment pauses future billing but never extends access beyond what was paid.
If something went wrong with a charge, contact support and we will look at it case by case.
Builder Operations Sprint (legacy one-time purchase)
For one-time Sprint purchases made before the membership existed: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you attended no working session and downloaded no restricted resource. No questions asked.
After that, refunds are considered case by case through support. A full refund closes the related access; a partial refund keeps access active and is flagged for owner review.
Disputes
If a card dispute is opened, related access is paused while the dispute is open, restored if it resolves in your favor, and remains closed if it does not. Talk to support first. Disputes are slower than a direct refund for legitimate issues.
How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. If a refund fails on Stripe's side, your access remains active while we resolve it with you directly.
