Who we are
FrankLujan.com is operated by Frank Lujan (the operating legal entity will be confirmed on this page before launch). These terms govern your account, the member community, courses, downloadable resources, and events available through this site.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials private, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Purchases and access
Paid programs grant a personal, non-transferable license to access the described content for the described period. Access is for one named person; sharing logins or redistributing materials is not permitted.
Prices, inclusions, and seat counts are stated on the offer page at the time of purchase. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; card details never touch this application.
Intellectual property
Course materials, templates, SOPs, and recordings remain the property of Frank Lujan. You may use them inside your own business. You may not resell, republish, or use them to build a competing program.
You keep ownership of what you post in the community. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content inside the community for as long as your post remains up.
Acceptable use
No harassment, spam, solicitation of other members, scraping, or attempts to probe or overload the service. The Community Guidelines describe conduct expectations in detail and are part of these terms.
Disclaimers
Content is practical business education based on real experience. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and results depend on your implementation. The service is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination and changes
You can close your account at any time. We can end access for violations after review, and where access was paid and unused, the Refund Policy governs what is returned. We may update these terms; material changes will be versioned on this page and require fresh acceptance for continued use.
